The Emerging Scholars Interdisciplinary Network is in the process of developing its 2009 Summer Fellowship Program in Applied Multi-Ethnic Research (formerly called the Empirical Summer Program in Applied Multi-Ethnic Research).The four-week Summer Fellowship aims to strengthen the statistical and methodological skills of junior investigators and early career faculty members in the Network.
In an effort to provided meaningful, quality programming for our members, it is essential that we receive some input and suggestions from you relative to the types of courses, services, and career development workshops that you feel would support your training needs. With your input, we are better able to develop a program that meets the needs of various levels of skills and interests respresented in the Network.
This survey is designed to determine your interests in five research training areas: Research Methods Course, Statistics, Statistical Consultation, Statistical Software and Career Development Workshops. We encourage you to complete all sections of this survey. It will take approximately 10 minutes or less, from start to finish. It is important that you start and complete the survey in one session as incomplete or partial responses cannot be saved and filled in later.
